Here is my story. I am an uncle to about 15 nieces and nephews. And because I am still single, I have this big responsibility of giving gifts at any occasion these kids can ever imagine. Birthday. Graduation. Christmas. Debuts. Name the event and they have the reason to asks for gifts. I think I have given every possible gift anyone could imagine. It causes me stress every time I have to attend a family party. It causes me unimaginable headache on where to buy, what to buy and how much I’m going to spend. Toys. Food. Some t shirts. Pens. And the list goes on and on.

Needless to say, they are family. I have no reason to complain, Actually the thought of giving excites me but the idea of choosing what to buy causes me stress. I have given every possible gift I could give. Giving them money is not an option because gifts for them are supposed to be wrapped and opened.

I wanted it be extra special this year. I want to give gifts to their parents as well. It has something that they will remember for the rest of their lives. Surfing the net one day, I saw this website. Then came the great idea of buying funny t shirts. Indeed, everyone was happy that day. It was special because both the children and the adults received gifts that year.

The last few weeks that I have been working for a one way link building service, have been great. Before getting this job, I was out of work for about six months. Our grandparents have been taking care of us for the last ten years and they told us that when we turned eighteen that we would be receiving structured settlements every few years until we turned twenty five. I guess that our grandparents took care of all the details and approved everything.

My brother and I have been discussing to sell structured settlement payments to someone else or not. We know that the amount that we are getting very soon is not going to cover all of our college costs so having every penny that we can get right now is something that we think would be good. Our grandparents think that having that much money is not a good thing for teenagers to deal with. They are trying to talk us out of the idea to sell structured settlement payments and take it as it comes up.

My parents would have been happy with any amount that we had been given on our eighteenth birthday but since it is more than we have ever seen at one time, I think that I am going to hold off on cashing out and wait for a while.

The veneer dentist that gave me the quote last year, is no longer in that building. I drove all the way over here and he either moved or is just practicing any more. I am going to have to start all over with a new veneer dentist and hopefully he will quote me a price that is very close to the one from last year.

I have been saving my money for the last year, just for this and now that I think it might cost more, I am very upset. My mother told me that if the veneers cost a little more, that she would pay the difference. I wonder if she will pay a lot more.

She feels guilty about not taking to the dentist when I was younger. Preventative dentistry could have saved me from the horrible smile that I have today. If more people would just realize that preventative dentistry is such a money and pain saver down the road, then I think they would make more of an effort to do it. My mother raised me all by herself and since we never had any type of insurance for health or teeth, it just was not something she could afford.
