My favorite lounging place in the house is our self-made recreation room. It used to be a storage house for almost fifteen years. We placed all kinds of dirt supplies, wood equipments, and gardening tools in one corner. Not to mention the picked fruits and vegetables at the counter. Never have we tried to do something to make it look presentable. For us, it always serves its purpose.  Until dad begun to see it in a different light. He decided to make it more useful by turning it into lounging area. But the idea of cleaning the entire house was out of the question. Why not hire someone who can do it?

I came across a site that shows how pressure washing can do some wonders. I see no harm by trying to call their hotline. When I mention our place, turns out a lot of our neighbors happen to be their client as well. I was speechless until I recall one of the neighbors mentioning the company’s name. I knew that I’m on the right track.

I asked my dad to let the team do the job. It would save us from all the heavy burdens later on during the process. Many house cleaning companies do not guarantee their work, but for them nothing is more important than a complete and total satisfaction coming from the client. I just rented a small office in the downtown area for my home office was getting cramped and a new employee just would not fit in anymore.  The office had a great view for it was located 10 stories up in a building with an unobstructed view of the city.  However, since it was a corner office with lots of natural light coming in, I knew that I would be having problems with the afternoon sun.  So I asked the decorator to have drop curtains installed.

She assured me that she would because it will not only keep the sun rays out but also help in keeping the place cool. She said that she has a trusted supplier that does the installation for her. So I need not worry a thing about meeting the schedules set. 

I was there when it was installed and I spoke to the guy from the company and learned that they offer a lot of products and they even have sun umbrellas just like the one you see in outdoor cafes.  They were really good in what they were doing for the installation was done within the day.  We were actually ahead of schedule because of their efficiency. 

In a few days we will be transferring to the new office and we all could not wait.

I am planning to do some renovations on the outside part of the house.  It badly needs one for the house is quite old already.  I want it to look new without having to spend much for I have a limited budget.  I also want to change the balcony railings into iron railings to add as an accent to the over-all look of the house.

So I went around asking recommendations on contractors to do the job.  I asked a friend who just had her storm doors installed for she might be able to recommend them to me.  She did not hesitate to give me the name of the one who installed it.  I called them up and asked for a free estimate that was handled rather very well.  They gave me a quote that was not very expensive so I got their services right away.  They also have a warranty on their product, which convinced me even more that I made the right decision in getting their services.

Just what like my friend did, I would gladly recommend their services to those who want to beautify their homes.  They did a good job with their work on our house so I give them two thumbs up.

We decided to change the light bulbs of the house that we just bought. Some were already old and busted so we decided to change it all.  Since we were working on a limited budget already having spent much on the purchase of the house, we looked for a supplier that could give us a great price since we will be ordering considerable number of lights. 

We searched the online for stores that offered low prices and had a delivery service.  We did not want to be hassled with going around hardware stores downtown just to canvass for prices.   Gladly, we found the store that was able to cater to our needs.  They had everything that we needed including the lights for the patio and the Christmas lights that we wanted to purchase.  

We enjoyed browsing the pictures of the available products and learned a few things about energy saving compact fluorescent lights LED lights.  We just added that to our wish list for our new home. But for the meantime, we would have to be satisfied with the purchases that we made which we are.  We are happy that we found this online store that helped us stay within the limit of our budget.

I can not stop stressing over my cluttered kitchen cabinets! Whenever I go looking for something - like an ingredient, I have to go looking for it and search the entire kitchen just to find what I need! It was too stressful and such a waste of time.
