I am looking for the best way to sell scrap jewelry online and cannot make a decision which company to use. I never thought that there would be this many different companies that offer to sell scrap jewelry to. I had heard of a place that is about sixty miles away from here that offers the same service but gas is so expensive and I am not in desperate need of the money so I will just send it away and then wait for my check to come back in the mail.

I do have a friend who does not sell scrap jewelry, but has handled selling jewelry to gold buyers. She lives down south and we talk all the time. She told me that when she went in to pick out some Christmas gifts for her daughters, the jewelry store owner told her that if she was thinking of selling jewelry that she did not wear anymore that it was the time to do it, with gold being at an all time high currently.

My friend told me that she almost tripped over herself running out the store to go home and to dig out all the jewelry that she has bought over the years and does not wear anymore. She made enough on just half of her old stuff to pay for all of the Christmas gifts for last year.
