I would love to have been the one in the office getting all of the credit for saving the company tons of money on the used hp servers that we just got instead it all goes to some secretary that has only worked here for about six months. She got a bonus and a vacation as well for finding the website that sold used proliant servers for about seventy percent less than what we have been able to find them in the past.

She sent the name of the website in an email to the big guy upstairs and two days later a big announcement was made and the entire office was invited to a big party during lunch time which was catered by one of the best restaurants in town. I figured that something big was going to be announced but I never figured that it would be about a savings of thirty thousand dollars on used proliant servers.

Everyone cheered when they found out how much the savings was and that the used hp servers were going to be installed over the next few weeks with minimal interruptions in service as possible. I was happy that our office would not be having servers go down anymore, but very jealous of the big bonus and cruise the new secretary got.
