The system x servers that we bought four years ago have gone down. I have called in some expert computer technicians and they seem to think that even though they can probably fix them, that we should consider buying some new ones. I guess that the probability of them going down again very soon is high.

The computer techs said that with the amount of business that our company does, it is a wonder that the system x servers have lasted this long. I asked them to recommend a company to get the new ones from and they wrote down the name of a website that has some good refurbished xseries servers that would work well with our system.

I decided to get online and order the new xseries servers right away so that we may be able to possibly avoid another round of the servers going down and having to have them repaired. I had the new servers shipped express priority so that they would get here very quickly. I wanted to make sure that they arrived before the weekend and this way the installation could take place while no one was here but the computer team and a few of the big bosses to oversee the job.
