We have all made mistakes in our business and social lives. These mistakes have made us pay quite a lot of money and time, and loose business and interests due to negligence and ignorance. It is the same as with correspondence to creditors and collection agencies. While many of us are afraid of confronting our creditors and telling them in black and white what we can and cannot do, we often try to hide from our problems until it is too late.
The right letter will bring the tempers and the drive to reposes you property down. There needs to be proper addressing of the creditors and the collection agencies, a good explanation of why you cannot meet your obligation, by paying through your debt reduction and the suggested way forward. These three things will give the creditor or the Collection agency a concrete reason to believe that you are willing to work through that debt.
If it is good enough, the letter should bring the creditors to the negotiation table where you can argue your case for Debt Cosolidation and repayment. You must never miss the format of the letter as some agencies will insist on the right one. The format helps your creditor to quickly find information and analyze it in record time. That way, your case may be solved in the shortest time possible.
